Jill has successfully designed, implemented and managed major bequest and legacy initiatives for numerous organisations both in southern and South Africa as well as the UK. In this interesting workshop, she guides delegates in understanding this invaluable source of funding – generally the largest donation anyone makes. All aspects of working with trust companies, professionals responsible for both drafting and advising on wills and trustees with discretion over legacy money are covered.
