Tea with Papillon

Would you like to join a free 90-minute Zoom session on a fundraising-related topic?

Tea with Papillon is generally on one Thursday a month at 12:00 noon (dates are arranged for three months at a time). Topics covered are both identified by the Papillon team and in response to requests from attendees. Sessions include:

    • Interesting presentations
    • Panel discussions
    • Interviews with key NPO role-players, thought leaders and more

Focused on topics relevant to those whose roles include resourcing South African non-profits, tertiary institutions, schools, and faith-based organisations, Tea with Papillon is a no-charge online event to assist and support the people whose jobs (paid or voluntary) are so vital to the survival of their organisations but also tough and often lonely.

Sessions:

Donors are inclined to support organisations that they have heard of. How is this achieved with over 300 000 NPOs in the country? What branding encompasses and its importance in the marketing mix, will be unravelled. Join Jill Ritchie and leading South African NPO branding specialist, Warren Lodge from LIFEbrand, for a free 90-minute networking session to discuss this vital topic, share successes and learn from the collective wisdom of the group.

From Baby Boomers to Gen-Zs, people of different ages support non-profits differently. Fundraisers who don’t take the ages of existing and potential individual donors into account, don’t fare well. Join Jill Ritchie for a free 90-minute networking session to discuss this vital topic and learn from fellow fundraisers’ experiences, share tips and ideas and collectively be better prepared to secure support by asking in the right way for each group.
